Individual Coaching
Together we will introduce new and healthful foods and activities, gently and slowly. Coaching is conducted either in person or by telephone.


Natural Foods Cooking Classes
Simplified cooking. New recipes to ease the boredom of routine meals. Healthy recipes without hours in the kitchen. No experience required. And best of all, it is even FUN
